New! LATIN STYLE DANCE is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
Hip Hop Dance — Fitness Rx Dance and Performing Arts Staff
Discover the funky street styling of Hip Hop while getting a great workout! Practice exciting, high intensity Hip Hop moves and create combinations you can use on the dance floor. A co-ed class designed for beginners. Promote your style, proper movement, musicality and fun. Wear comfortable, athletic clothing/shoes and bring a towel or mat for warm up and conditioning. Bring a water bottle!
INTERVAL TRAINING:
Cardiovascular intervals interspersed with high repetition and light weight training. Class is designed to increase strength while allowing your muscles to look more defined. Light weight dumbbells are necessary. Please bring mat to class for floor work on abdominals, or purchase $25
BEACH BODY BOOTCAMP
An intense workout focusing on light weights and high repetitions. Increase your strength and get your muscles more defined. Please bring light weights to class and a mat for floor work (abs). Mat may be purchased at class ($25)
FAT BURNING PILATES
Fusion of calorie burning cardio and pilates based toning to maximize your fat burning, especially around the waist. Please bring a mat to class for floor work, or purchase for $25 from teacher.
CARDIO/DANCE FUSION mix of all your favorite cardio formats. Please bring a mat for cool down floor exercises. Mat available from teacher: $25
DANCE AND PILATES FUSION Fusing the best from Pilates, dance, yoga, to stretch, firm and sculpt the body. Please bring a mat to class for floor work.
HIP HOP AEROBICS A fun hip hop dance-oriented workout featuring great music and lower and upper body contouring (light weights recommended so please bring to class). Floor work for legs, buttocks and abs may be included. Mats are recommended, & available from teacher $25.
BELLY DANCING FOR WEIGHT LOSS This class is designed for people who prefer to dance as a form of conditioning. Belly dance is one of the most ancient and evolved forms of dance in the world. It's a powerful way to lose weight because you burn calories and fat while massaging and stimulating your digestive system, which increases your metabolism. Teacher may include core conditioning exercises at the end of class. This class is perfect for all levels of fitness and dance experience.
FITNESS RX WOMEN ONLY BOOTCAMP: (three days per week) Let us help you meet your goals for looking great on your wedding day OR SWIMSUIT SEASON. This is an intense 3 days a week program designed for WOMEN ONLY. This 12-week, MON-WED-FRI 7:00 a.m. program, combines cardio, weights and strength training to help women get into the best shape in 90 days. All women welcome!

FITNESS RX WOMEN ONLY BOOTCAMP: WOMEN ONLY PLEASE! This is an intense hour long workout that combines all elements of fitness programming into 60 minutes. Mat suggested for floor work. This class is designed to make the most of your time by integrating a full body workout into one hour. Men and women may enroll in this intense body make-over.
All fitness components are included; cardiovascular, resistance and stretching!

MORNING FITNESS RX Start your day with a cardio blast of fun. It's 60 minutes of moves and grooves that will keep your day moving in the right direction. Exercise mat needed and available from the instructor for $25.
FITNESS RX CORE KICKBOXING This class combines 30 minutes of boxing with Pilates movements for the core for 30 minutes. Cardio and Core intensive class! Exercise mat required and available from the instructor for $25.
FITNESS RX KICKBOXING CHALLENGE The ultimate cardiovascular challenge, complete with a sport specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/ endurance training & a cool down. Please bring a mat to class, or purchase for $25.
KICKBOXING/SCULPT Cardiovascular training with a Martial arts expert for the first 30 minutes of class, followed by 30 minutes of resistance training. This class includes stretching and abdominal work. All levels welcome! Mat required for class: available from the instructor on the first day of class. $25)
STEP AEROBICS Step up your metabolism with this fast paced high energy step class! Class starts with warm up, progresses to 35 min of high intensity cardiovascular workout. Finishes with cool down & stretch sequence. Mats are necessary for cool down and are available from instructor for $25.
