Hip Hop- Mother and Daughters Dance (Ages 6 & up) It's NEW and just for you and your precious daughter! This is an opportunity for mom's to enjoy some special active time with their daughters. Aunties and nieces are welcome too! Experience the joy and beauty of hip hop dance together. All levels are encouraged (beginners to advanced). The cost of class is per couple. Wear comfortable clothing. $99
MOM-TOT TUMBLING Ages 18 months - 3 years …Do you have a one or two year old that can’t wait to tumble? Then this class was designed just for you and your enthusiastic, energetic toddler. Little ones can run, tumble, and try out the moves that they see the big kids doing. ONE PARENT REQUIRED accompanying each tumbling tot.
Tumbling Tots Ages: 3 – 6 years old
Your child will be introduced to gymnastics, dance, and having lots of fun. Class will included gymnastics tumbling and floor work.
Please bring a mat if you have one for your child to use.
GYMNASTICS FLOOR WORK FOR KIDS; Ages 6-12 years. This class is designed to teach basic skills of gymnastic floor work (tumbling, backbends, rolls) to children of all abilities. Kids should wear exercise clothing; no shoes will be worn during class. Goals are to increase strength, flexibility and overall physical fitness through gymnastics. Please bring mat to class, or purchase from teacher for $25. (60 MINUTES)
KIDS BOOTCAMP This class is designed for kids 8-12 years of age and includes a full body workout into 45 minutes. Class incorporates cardiovascular, strengthening and stretching exercises. Mat recommended for floor work and please wear exercise gear. Mats available for $25 from teacher. (45 MINUTES)
HIP HOP DANCE WORKOUT FOR KIDS AGES 5-9 years Get your kid's away from the TV and computer and have them do pumpin' moves to jammin' music. They can learn the same dance moves seen in favorite music videos. This class is a blend of cardiovascular exercise with high energy hip hop dance moves that are fun and easy to learn! (45 MINUTES)
KID’S YOGA ages 5-9 years This class is a fun, creative approach to Yoga that is helpful for children whose bodies are still developing. Kids will develop strength, flexibility, coordination & body awareness in addition to improving concentration and focus. Kids will learn about animals, nature and basic anatomy through Yoga postures. They will learn how to release energy and to relax! Try the pigeon, dog pose, cobra, and tree! Yoga mat available for purchase: $25 (45 MINUTES)PARENTS MAY ATTEND IF THEY CHOOSE TO OBSERVE!
KID’S KICKBOXING ages 5 to 8 years This program is a fantastic introduction to kickboxing for kids. The class will be taught at a low level using kickboxing and martial arts techniques as well as exercises to increase the child’s fitness level. The aim is to introduce the children to exercise and fit living at an early age while keeping it fun. The instructor is a certified kickboxing instructor. Participants should wear comfortable clothing, sneakers and bring a water bottle and towel. (45 MINUTES)
