OTHER CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Muscle 101: This class develops proper form and technique through
functional strength training. It is an instructional class that will focus
on identifying the appropriate weight training levels for participants
and insure that movements are performed correctly.
Aqua
High and Low intensity water exercise class, using water apparatus for resistance. all levels welcome.
Training for Results Small Group Fitness Training Class
With Small Group Personal Training you can access the knowledge, dedication and expertise of the Fitness Rx professional training staff for a great workout at an affordable price. Your trainer will follow the same principles of a one-on-one personal training session, only in a small group setting. Group workouts consist of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training for a total-body workout. Please bring a mat for floor exercises or purchase from the teacher $25.
Fitness Rx Fusion to strengthen body, mind and spirit
This class fuses core abdominal work with Yoga and more. Create a leaner, stronger and more flexible body using classic moves and stretching techniques. This flow of exercises was designed by Fitness Rx. Please bring a mat, or purchase for $25
GLUTES AND ABS
This is an intense 60 minute toning class, targeting the abdominals, lower back, hips, thighs and buns. Please bring a mat for floor work, or you may purchase from the instructor, $25
BODY SCULPT
Looking for tight, toned arms, thighs and buns and abs? This is the class which will emphasize resistance work with light weights and/or resistance bands to get you the physique you are looking for! Please bring light hand weights (3-5 LBS) AND/OR resistance bands to work with and an exercise mat for floor work. Mats available for sale at $25 from the instructor.
ABOMINABLE ABDOMINALS
You'll enjoy a 60 minute blast of energy, spirit and power that will help you tone your abs and buns while burning fat and building strength. Much faster paced than most toning programs, it is an intense regimen designed to sculpt your abs and lower body. You are going to get the results you want! Women on Weights: Women participate in a one hour per week fitness program with an inspirational and effective exercise professional who knows how to get results. Please bring light weight dumbbells and a mat to class for floor work, mat available from teacher $25
