Online registration is safe and easy. Just pick the class option you wish to purchase. Click on buy, and the shopping cart will appear. This re-directs you to Icommerce gateway, our online merchant account. Click on Pay for Order Online and proceed to fill in the online order form including your Visa or Mastercard account details and expiration date. We will be emailed when the transaction occurs and we will contact you via email regarding your class choice(s).

FULL REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds on FITNESS RX CLASS PACKAGES. Transfer of Membership or package is an option as are make up classes within the session. We do not make price adjustments on already purchased packages, or carry over unused classes into a future session without a doctor’s note.
